I've mentioned already how the Lord has deigned to bless me in so many ways recently and I've got one more to add... for now. This is a big one...

I've just asked the most amazing woman in the world to marry me... and she said yes!

:)

I'm engaged!

Exciting new turn!

So, as you can see by the big letters at the top of the page, my name is Evan. I've been blessed with the privilege of joining the Oasis Church family as the worship leader.

Ever since I moved down here from Greenville, things in my life have seemed to just line up in all the right places. Jobs, relationships, a new church, and even timings on decisions I had planned on holding off on. But the Lord has been hard at work in my life to bring me to this point, and it's almost like He's arranged things so that I just can't resist following him. I LOVE THAT! I know that won't always be the case, and hasn't always been the case in the past, but it's nice to be able to look at something and feel like it's so obvious what the Lord wants for you.

Anyway, I just wanted to post at least 1 blog (because Eric reminded me that I HAVE one) and say hi to everyone. I hope to be able to post here on a relatively regular basis and share with you all the things that I learn on my walk. Being a college student, I'm not sure how much time I'll be able to devote to blogging, but I'll certainly do my best.

God Bless!
